Message when opening excel file containing macros

Hello All,
I am trying to open an excel file containg macros.

This gives a message '... contains macros. Macros may
contain viruses. It is always safe to disable macros,
but if macros are legitamate, you might lose some
functionality.'

Please let me know if we can suppress this message
because, this message gives an insecure feeling to the
users opening the excel file.
