[users@httpd] network accessing

I've got another problem. I can access my site if I use 127.0.0.1:8080 and 192.168.0.5:8080, but other people on my network cant acces it from 192.168.0.5:8080, even when they are connected. Is this an apache problem or just a network problem? Thanks.

There is no firewall between me and the rest of my LAN.
I am going to try and run it on port 80.

Yes i can ping it. Why would a firewall/router stop packets on ports 8080
between computers within hte network??

I tried running apache on 80 with no avail. But RealVNC works fine on port
5800. Any ideas on how 80 and 8080 do not work while 5800 does?

It should be a network problem.
Maybe your port 8080 is blocked and inaccessible from the network. Try
to check your firewall configuration.

I have a somewhat similar problem except I can't access it using
192.168.0.5:8080, only through 127.0.0.1:8080 and localhost:8080
I heard it could be my linksys router but I tried Port Forwarding and
that doesn't seem to work, what am I missing?
Thanks.

Can they ping it? If so it may be apache. If not then I'd check the host file.
