    Description: 
1. Register several new versions with the new Manage Ambari > Register version page.
2. Make sure everything displays well on Admin > Stack and Versions page(Delete the mock data)
3. Test the whole work flow, make sure "Install Packages" , "Upgrade" .etc will work as before.
