An error has occurred and action cant be completed.

Hello All,

I am having an issue with Guac. Everything works normal (Rocky Lunux 8)
until I add the guacamole-auth-jdbc-mysql-1.5.0 file. Then I get an error
and am not able to login. The database is working properly.
Everything looks correct. No errors in any of the logs that I can see. If I
remove the file, everything is ok again. I have tried to build the file
myself and grabbed the pre-built. Same problem.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Brian Snyder

Hi! I had a very similar issue not long ago. The specific log @Nick is
referring *should be at*:
/var/log/tomcat9/catalina.out
Based on your Linux distribution it may be located elsewhere. The error
message should be there and can be triggered when you try to login to
guacamole.
Hope it helps!
David.

You'll need to check your log files, specifically the Tomcat logs, and
see if there are any errors that indicate the nature of the failure.
