[Axis2]handling the Bugs in Axis2

Hi All;
How should we handle the bugs in the Axis2 

1) module Axis2 inside the Axis JIRA
2) new jira module(is it a project / module .. whatever ) called Axis2

I am having couple of bugs regarding the OM, where to put them ? I can
communicate with developers to fix it yet it is better to report the
bug in JIRA for the recording sake.
