[jira] [Commented] (GUACAMOLE-1356) Update JQuery on Guacomole

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1356?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17351783#comment-17351783 ]

Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-1356:
------------------------------------------

[~kunthal]: Two things:
1) If you've found an actual vulnerability in Guacamole, please report it via responsible disclosure channels: http://guacamole.apache.org/faq/#security
2) Just because a security scanner reported that you should update does not mean that there actually is a vulnerability that impacts Guacamole, nor that updating is a high priority. You will need to do further investigation on this "finding" by Nessus and determine if you believe there is actually any real risk to either your systems or Guacamole as a whole.

If you have further questions/concerns about this, please bring it to the Security list (mentioned in the article above) along with the data of the reported vulnerability and we can discuss it there to determine if Guacamole is impacted by it.
