Not sure whats going on and seem to have the issue for some reason for specific user login names only
*1st Scenario*
1. Created new account, username scigap1 (or scigap2, scigap3) - In keycloak email verified and user enabled are OFF prior to verifying the email.
2. After the email is verified message given "Your account has been successfully created. Please log in now."
3. When tried to login gets "Invalid username or password. Please try again."
4. email verified and user enabled are still OFF.
*2nd Scenario*
1. Created new account, username scigap4 - In keycloak email verified and user enabled are OFF prior to verifying the email.
2. After the email is verified message given "Your account has been successfully created. Please log in now."
3. Can sucesfully login and email verified and user enabled are ON.
