support for Windows JUNCTION?

hello.
I am wondering if Subversion supports the Microsoft Windows equivalent of symbolic links, i.e. junctions? (http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/misc.shtml#junction)

AFAIK junctions are not symlinks but hardlinks so my guess would be
that Subversion would treat them as completely seperate files...
