   select count(*) from table where value_column = xxx  returns 0, but expected result is greater than 0.
   
   ### What You Expected?
   
   as above.
   
   ### How to Reproduce?
   
   The first batch of rows are filtered by predicate of a rowset.
   
   ### Anything Else?
   
   _No response_
