1.0.3

I've just tested 1.0.3 under SCO 5. It works. Unfortunately, it could do
HAVE_RESOURCE, but I guess that can wait for 1.0.4...

On the subject of HAVE_RESOURCE, why isn't it HAS_RESOURCE? Why does it use
a different style from all the other conf.h defines (i.e. #define HAVE_RESOURCE
[01] instead of #define HAS_RESOURCE)? Why does it cater for BSD in the wrong
place?

Also, when is it going to go into CVS? I'm going to put 1.0b0a in shortly,
unless someone objects...
