   @KevinYang21 Do you have any dag scheduling benchmarks that you could share, or were the graphs from your previous PRs pulled from a production cluster? I am slightly worried that this could negatively impact the scheduling performance (but hopefully not by much) but I think correctness for 1.10.4 wins, and we can fix any performance degradation in a .5
