    Are the demo items `1-server-template` ... `4-` still included?  Looks like they are deleted here.  I think docs, tutorials, etc refer to them and they are a good getting-started sequence.
    
    If a sub-project wants to take only some of these I might suggest refactoring so stock things like `server` and `cluster` and `vanilla-...` are in `brooklyn/cli/components.bom` and `1-server-template` through `4-...` are in `brooklyn/cli/learning-templates.bom`, then the root `catalog.bom` includes those two `classpath://... .bom` files.
    
    The brooklyn dist should then include this catalog.  But other dists might only refer to the `components.bom`.
