mucc: binary version for Windows

Hello,

I googled but I could not find a Windows binary version of the contrib
script "mucc". Can anybody with a full development environment for
Subversion recompile it and share it?

Not specifically. I'm currently using the official binary version of
Subversion 1.3.2, so anything that would fit with those DLL would be a
perfect candidate.
