Re: IMPORTANT: Major Confluence Upgrade Coming Soon. Please review test instance now.

I just re-enabled our website publication and forced all confluence
pages to be regenerated. You might see a lot of commits from the
website buildbot soon.

Thanks to Dan Kulp's work the update wasn't too bad for us. Of course,
if you see something wrong on the website let us know.

We are now also pulling the Confluence exporter code directly from CXF
(instead of maintaining our own version). That should make things
easier to deal with in the future.
