   +1 agreed with Subscribe leading to the Subscribe Guide page.
   
   Regarding to the history mails, how about use `Mailing list` here as the mails may still be under discussions at present.
   
   In addition, it would be better to add the mailing list in `Subscribe Guide` page, as another entrance to mailing list page.
