Marcel Reutegger resolved OAK-4405.

    Resolution: Fixed

Added a OakDocumentRDBRepositoryStub with an empty default for the {{rdb.jdbc-url}} system property. This means the TCK tests will not run on RDB, unless the {{rdb-derby}} profile is enable. This is currently the case for the Oak Build Matrix on Jenkins.
