Wrong direction.

A bunch of work was done to remove zookeeper from HConnection.  Why would we reintroduce it again?  See HBASE-1762

Also, the 'discussion' you refer to is not a discussion.  It is someone asking about a facility and then you responding but you are missing history so you (unintentionally) mislead.
