> h3. Motivation
> Some replica requests are expected to be processed on primary replica only, e.g. all RW requests. Some requests will behave differently regarding on whether they are handled on primary or not. Thus we should move ensureReplicaIsPrimary to ZonePartitionReplicaListener and eliminate corresponding checks on PartitionReplicaListener side in case of colocation track.

>  * PartitionReplicaListener#ensureReplicaIsPrimary copied to ZonePartitionReplicaListener along with all dependencies.
>  * ensureReplicaIsPrimary call is skipped on the PartitionReplicaListener in case of collocation track.
