maven, eclipse and resources

hi,

maven doesn't mount the <resources .../> entries as source folders. if you
run anything from eclipse (tests, application etc.), they'll expect the
resources to be on the classpath so it would be handy if maven mounted them.

currently, whenver i run maven eclipse, i have to refresh my eclipse project
and then manually add my conf folders.
