perl foundation grants 2003

Please submit the survey [1] and if you have a special need you want someone 
to work on submit the request to [2].

For example if you'd like to have a special fund for mod_perl and you are 
willing to donate to it, make sure to say so in [1] and you need some mod_perl 
developer to develop/fix things in the core mod_perl/3rd party modules submit 
the request to [2].
