I would like to change the macro file layout to support the upgrade, things like the Navbar and footer sections have undergone quite a lot of modification.

So I want to break them out into the following sections:

* Apache headers
* Navbars
* Sidebar
* Analytics
* Social Media

This then lets me raise a PR to change each file and helps group the templating we want to create.
