[ANNOUNCE] Apacle Flume 1.1.0-incubating Released

The Apache Flume team is pleased to announce the release of Flume
version 1.1.0-incubating from the Apache Incubator.

This is the second incubator release of Apache Flume - a distributed,
reliable, and available service for efficiently collecting,
aggregating, and moving large amounts of log data.
