[GitHub] climate pull request: CLIMATE-786 - Update rcmed.py and test_rcmed...

    CLIMATE-786 - Update rcmed.py and test_rcmed.py

    - Update rcmed.py file
    - Fix test_rcmed.py file
    
    Function `test_function_parameter_dataset_lats_monthly` is added to improve test coverage.
    Fixes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLIMATE-786

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
