   **Major changes:**
   - A state machine per task attempt, if one of the attempts completes than that task is complete
   - Randomly choose one of the available attempt output blocks
   - A cloned task, or a retried task is just another task attempt
   - ClonedSchedulingProperty: Zero-delay, upfront task cloning
   
   **Minor changes to note:**
   - Removes unused code
   - RuntimeIdGenerator -> RuntimeIdManager
   - Removes the first hyphens from the ids (e.g., vertex-4 => vertex4)
   
   **Tests for the changes:**
   - WordCountITCase#testClonedScheduling
   
   **Other comments:**
   - Will fix the test errors tomorrow
   
   resolves [NEMO-178](https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/NEMO/issues/NEMO-178)
