unable to resolve namespace URI for 'ns2'

I've been getting the following error with several combinations of xerces.
I'm using JRun 3.0, Sun's JDK 1.3, Apache SOAP 2-1, and Xerces 1.3.0 (and
also tried xerces 1.2.3)


C:\Java\soap-2_1\samples\addressbook>java
org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerC
lient http://localhost:8100/xml-soap/servlet/rpcrouter deploy
DeploymentDescriptor.xml
Ouch, the call failed:
  Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Client
  Fault String = Unable to resolve namespace URI for 'ns2'.

can anyone give me ANY help at all?  like where this error is comming from
even?
