+在开发环境下当版本从0.8升级到0.9版本后，添加路由时报错 {"error_msg":"unknow plugin [prometheus]"}，我们需要修改makefile中依赖项(https://github.com/apache/incubator-apisix/pull/908/files 该makefile已修复)，然后执行 `make deps` 命令使本地依赖更新到最新后正常。
