SVN on WinXP

Hello,
 I've installed SVN (last released version) on Windows XP. I've set up my 
repository and I can work successfully from the local machine (using file:// 
or svn://).
For some reason I'm unable to access my repository remotely. I've configured 
firewall and routers for port 3690, but nothing happened. I cannot use 
Apache on my machine. What should I check? Please advise.
