I committed revision 4143 to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/perl earlier today which rewrote HEADER.html and added README.html amongst other things, but when I view http://www.apache.org/dist/perl/ I still see the old (pre-4143) HEADER and no README (footer).

The revision file (http://www.apache.org/dist/perl/.revision) tells me that revision 4150 is being served, so why do I not see my changes?
