how can i bind the jbuilder,struts1.0 and weblogic together?

hello
i have download the addin that binding the jbuilder,tomcat and struts1.0
from borland website,they work well,but we use the
jbuilder+weblogic6.1+struts1.0 as the developing environment,how can i
do?where can i get the addin?
