portals-bridges-jsf

We are using Jetspeed 2.1.2 and it came with the POMs set to use 
portals-bridges-jsf version 1.0.4-SNAPSHOT

It appears that 1.0.4 might be stable and we should eliminate the 
SNAPSHOT to save bit of aggravation.

Is this correct?
