Currently the tar task imposes a directory permission of 755 regardless of the
mode specified for the files.  Could you please consider allowing the 
specification of a "dirmode" for directory permission and a "filemode" for
file permission for the tarfileset?  Your consideration for this is greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks.
