Migrate the following errors in QueryCompilationErrors:
* upCastFailureError
* unsupportedAbstractDataTypeForUpCastError
* cannotUpCastAsAttributeError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryCompilationErrorsSuite.
