   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   Add support show tables and show columns for ballista
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Because tables information is stored and maintained in the ballista context, not in the scheduler. So show tables and show columns do not need to be submitted to scheduler to run, just create datafusion ExecutionContext in ballista context to execute.
