[VOTE] Mike Rheinheimer for release manager
We've rotated release manager duties for a while now, and I don't think
Mike's had the pleasure. So, I'd like to nominate Mike for Wink 1.x
release manager.
Please vote: +1 (yes), +0 (indifferent) or -1 (no)
Thanks,
-Nick

I forgot to throw in my +1 in the original note. Absent Mike's vote, that
makes three votes.
Barring any dissenting opinions in the next day or so Mike, tag, you're
it. :)

+1.
IMO, there's no need for a formal vote for matters like this. That's my opinion, though... Will also note that if you do hold a vote, it should be preceded by a discussion. Better to iron out any differences of opinion in a discussion, not a vote.
You must have votes for releases, committer/pmc membership (official actions of the project). For most other matters, discussion and consensus/lazy consensus work just fine.
