[PR] Issue-15170 Docs - source includes not found [grails-core]

   - The Asciidoc variable `functionalSourceDir` was not set correct
   - `grails-events/transform/` had been renamed to `grails-events/transforms/`
   - `grails-testing-support/` had been renamed to `grails-testing-support-core/`
