   See the comment below - you need to install snowflake provider: `apache-airflow-providers-snowflake`  to be able to see the snowflake connection - the easiest way is to extend the airflow image and build your own as described in https://airflow.apache.org/docs/docker-stack/build.html#a-pypi-package-example
