Run-as Security role from Struts2

Hello,

I need to access some protected EJB with a "run-as" role from Struts2  
actions.

It is possible to externally configure <run-as> in <servlet> tags in  
web.xml but not with <filter>, the way S2 works...

How to achieve this ?
