[Fortress] release test...

Hi guys,

I'm currently testing that the release process is working for Fortress.
I will rollback everything once done.

 Ok, done with the first experiment.

The process went well, except that we don't produce some package that
can be used to build the project, we only produce a plain jar (which I
guess is correct).

I have reverted, will start again later after having fixed the issue.
