SVN Binary for Synology NAS?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but Synology distribution for SVN is from 2017, and I’m trying to find out who packaged that binary and is it abaondoned?

It has been asked, and at the time I actually tried to contact
Synology to ask, and they didn't seem to know who packaged SVN for
Synology.
