[jira] [Updated] (DLAB-1756) [Back-end]: Support access to browser bucket via administration page

Vira Vitanska updated DLAB-1756:
--------------------------------
    Description:
Add 'Bucket browser' to roles.

'Bucket browser' should have the following points:
 * Allow to download object from the bucket
 * Allow to upload object to the bucket
 * Allow to view object in the bucket
 * Allow to delete object from the bucket

Should we distinguish access between project bucket and shared endpoint bucket?
 * allow access to project bucket
 * allow access to shared endpoint bucket
