gratuitous dependencies

httpclient-3.0 pom depends on junit3.8.1, which should be compile time only...

I would prefer not touching it, can you edit it in source repo for
next versions?

if it's m1 you can add to <dependency>
<properties>
 <scope>test</scope>
</properties>
