SOAP and HTTP-Authentication

Is it possible to use HTTP-Authentication with the actual SOAP-XSP 
inside Cocoon 2.1? Does this also work with HTTPS (the Wiki states that 
it's impossible with 2.0.4)? How do I have to implement it?
