Migrate Apache Pluto to Git

Infrastructure:

The Apache Pluto community would like to move to Git.

If it's possible, we'd like to have "trunk" renamed to "master" to match
the Git default.

Commit messages should go to pluto-scm@portals.apache.org with the
following subject format:

[%(branch)s] %(subject)s
