   因为list的时候拿不到resumetoken，所以会出现某次先list到的数据，还会watch到
   delete操作下需要从缓存里拿到之前 实例、服务的数据，如果先list到把数据删了缓存里就没有数据了，也已经放入推送队列了，这时候再watch到，就不用再去重复放入推送队列，也从缓存中拿不到value值
