Perl interacts with Apache

Dear or Madam

	Sorry if out of topic, I tried to use PERL to write cgi programming to interact with Apache. I can get data from POST or GET method from Browser, but the problem is that I could not use dbmopen or open command in PERL. Please help me to solve this problem? Thanks in Advance.
