At some point, we should consider absorbing the counter increment time during job execution - instead of at the end. Shouldn't make that much difference though, after MAPREDUCE-3827 goes in.

Integrated in Hadoop-Mapreduce-0.23-Build #185 (See [https://builds.apache.org/job/Hadoop-Mapreduce-0.23-Build/185/])
Merge -c 1241685 from trunk to branch-0.23 to fix MAPREDUCE-3823. Fixed a bug in RM web-ui which broke sorting.
