   This should be useful. What about directly add the concrete context into sub-class to avoid another abstraction of `CodecContext`?
   
   For example:
   ```cpp
   class ARROW_EXPORT ZstdCodecOptions : public CodecOptions {
     ZSTD_CStream* cstream_;
     ZSTD_DStream* dstream_;
   };
   ```
