Proposed change to the DeserializerFactory interface

For performance reasons, I would like to define a setter that is called on
a DeserializerFactory for the desired class, and remove the class as a
parameter to the getDeserializer method.  This would enable caching of the
results of reflection, and thereby reduce the number of calls to
isEnumClass and getDeclaredConstructor.

Let me know if there are any concerned raised by this proposal.
