   Users have many tabs open in SQL Lab after running some queries, SQL Lab use large amounts of memory and makes users' computer slow and the browser difficult to use. Sqllab becomes unusable.
   
   ### Expected results
   
   Find ways to avoid using large amounts of local storage, notify users when they have too many tabs open and need to clear tabs, or find ways to clear local storage when not needed.
   
   ### Actual results
   
   Sqllab becomes difficult to use.
   
   #### How to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Go to sqllab
   2. Add a bunch of tabs and run queries on those tabs
   
   ### Environment

   - superset version: 0.32
