From discussion in Community meeting 10.31.22 - checked for issue on ozone-1.3 branch and found that the issue is present. On the release ozone-1.3 branch HDDS-7084 *_scm metrics_* such as scm_metrics_container_report_key_count are *unavailable* to prometheus (port 9090 prometheus webUI). Marking the issue as a blocker for 1.3 release branch. cc [~kerneltime]
